Drug and alcohol use has been a challenge for communities across the country, and King County is no different. From 2022 to 2023, the county experienced a 47% increase in fentanyl-related overdose deaths. Additionally, while Seattle accounts for just 32% of King County’s population, 57% of the county’s fatal overdoses and 51% of opioid overdoses that resulted in emergency medical services occurred in Seattle.

Regarding alcohol, the most recent data for Seattle from the National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) revealed that among 18 to 25-year-olds, 42% reported binge drinking in the prior month, and 31% reported using marijuana in the prior month.

Rebuilt Treatment & Recovery Programs

Understanding the progression of addiction treatment options can feel overwhelming at first. We offer three distinct programs that decrease in frequency and intensity of treatment. As an individual progresses in treatment, the level of support and commitment needed will also decrease. It’s important to acknowledge that everyone progresses through treatment at their own pace, at a speed that is appropriate and unique to them. PHPs are a step down from inpatient care and typically don’t include 24-hour supervision (ours does not). Individuals live at home or in sober living and attend programming five days a week for intensive therapy sessions lasting 6 hours at a time. This consistent schedule provides structure, stability, and routine, all important for a successful recovery. There are several benefits to the PHP at Rebuilt Treatment & Recovery, including:

  • Evidence-based therapies, including individual, group, family, and psychoeducation
  • Medical and psychiatric support
  • Skill development
  • Housing and transportation
  • Integration in the community

Our IOP offers more flexibility than the PHP but provides important structure and support. Participants typically attend group therapy sessions 3 to 5 times per week for three hours each time.

This schedule makes balancing work, school, or family responsibilities easier while still creating time to prioritize recovery. One significant benefit of our IOP is case management, which supports finding employment and housing and connecting to community resources.

The OP is for individuals who have achieved stability and are looking for continued support while fulfilling their daily responsibilities and pursuing goals outside treatment. This flexible program option enables participants to live at home, in sober living, or some other form of permanent housing while attending group therapy. Sessions last around three hours and are attended once or twice weekly; individual counseling sessions are also scheduled bi-weekly. There are several benefits to the OP level of care, including:

  • The chance to maintain daily responsibilities
  • Personalized care plans
  • Strong support networks
  • Cost-effective care
  • Time to focus on long-term recovery

FAQs About Rebuilt Treatment & Recovery’s Seattle Drug Rehab

Dual diagnosis treatment is for individuals experiencing both a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health condition at the same time, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, or bipolar disorder. Co-occurring conditions often make each other worse, and treating each condition at the same time leads to better outcomes and is essential for long-term recovery. Our dual diagnosis programs work to identify the root causes of both issues and provide the tools and education necessary to manage one’s mental health while maintaining sobriety. Through comprehensive assessments, therapy, personalized treatment plans, medication management if needed, and more, our team can help you or a loved one lower your risk of relapse and achieve greater life satisfaction. Dual diagnosis treatment is comprehensive and effective.

At our Seattle drug rehab, we use a variety of evidence-based therapies. Evidence-based means the therapies have been researched and studied in-depth over time and that they are effective, in this case, for treating addiction or mental health disorders. We often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), two forms of talk therapy that help change negative thought patterns, improve emotional regulation, and help participants communicate more easily. We also use individual counseling, group therapy, and psychoeducation, which help individuals better understand addiction, relapse prevention, and mental wellness. Because everyone is unique, therapies at Rebuilt Treatment & Recovery are tailored to each person’s needs.

Getting started is simple. Call us at (509) 210-6603 or fill out the form on our admissions page. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including completing necessary assessments and having a conversation with you to understand your needs. Once we determine the right level of care together, we can start making plans for insurance verification, paperwork, and scheduling your intake. The first step of treatment can feel overwhelming, so our dedicated staff will walk you through the process at your own pace.

Yes. We accept most private insurance policies and Medicaid and have a discounted cash pay rate for those without insurance. You can verify your insurance here or by calling us and speaking with an admissions team member. We know that finding insurance benefits can be confusing, and we do not want that to be a barrier to treatment or, more importantly, your recovery.

Absolutely! Relapse happens to many people, but it doesn’t mean their recovery journey is a failure. If you have relapsed before, know that you are not alone. Our team believes in a nonjudgmental, compassionate approach to relapse and treatment, and we also want to meet you where you are. We will work to understand, with you, what contributed to the relapse, and then we can work together on developing new coping skills and strategies to prevent it in the future. Our goal is to meet you where you are, with the care you need, when you need it.
