Drug Use in Olympia

Addiction is defined as a “treatable, chronic medical disease involving complex interactions among brain circuits, genetics, the environment, and an individual’s life experiences.” The reasons behind substance use disorders can also be complicated, and unfortunately, drug and alcohol use is increasing. Over the past 10 years in Thurston County, the number of alcohol or drug-related deaths has gone from 231 in 2013 to 482 in 2023. Another example that illustrates this challenge is the annual number of opioid drug overdose deaths. It nearly doubled from 2019 to 2021 (827 to 1,619).

Rebuilt Treatment & Recovery Programs near Olympia

Individuals considering addiction treatment come from all kinds of backgrounds and starting points. Because of this, Rebuilt Treatment & Recovery offers three flexible levels of care to meet you where you are. Each program provides a different intensity of treatment based on your needs, goals, and daily responsibilities. Each program is built to adapt as clients grow in their recovery. Whether you are just starting or stepping down from a higher level of care, you will receive tailored support to rebuild confidence, restore balance, and move toward long-term personal transformation.

This program delivers a structured, full-day treatment plan without the need for inpatient admission. It is designed for individuals with moderate to severe substance use disorders or those with co-occurring mental health conditions. Our PHP provides five days a week of comprehensive, structured support, including therapy, education, life skills training, and medical oversight.

Our IOP offers ongoing therapeutic support while allowing individuals to work, attend school, take care of family, or fulfill any other commitments they have in life. Group sessions are held three to five times a week, complemented by regular one-on-one meetings with a Substance Use Disorder Professional. This level includes services such as employment resources, housing assistance, and transportation to and from treatment.

For those in the later stages of their recovery, the OP program provides continued structure without disrupting daily life. Clients attend therapy groups once or twice a week and continue with individual therapy every other week. This flexible care model supports relapse prevention, emotional resilience, and life planning in a supportive, therapeutic environment. Participants in our OP find particular benefit in the strong support network they build through group sessions.

FAQs About Rebuilt Treatment & Recovery’s Olympia Drug Rehab

Part of completing a treatment program at Rebuilt Treatment & Recovery includes a personalized aftercare plan tailored to your individual goals, progress, and ongoing needs. This plan may include referrals to outpatient therapy, recovery coaching, 12-step or alternative peer support groups, sober living housing, and other wellness services. Continued engagement in therapy or group work is often recommended, especially during the first year post-treatment when relapse risk is higher. Whether you’re returning to work, continuing your education, or rebuilding family relationships, our aftercare services are designed to help you transition from structured care into a confident and independent recovery.

We offer a variety of evidence-based therapies to support each person’s recovery journey. These include individual therapy, group therapy, family counseling, and psychoeducation. Our clinical team uses therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. These methods help clients gain insight, regulate their emotions, develop coping skills, and enhance their relationships. Therapy is customized to each client’s needs and is available across all levels of care.

Throughout treatment, participants learn practical tools for recognizing triggers, managing stress, and setting healthy boundaries. Our programs also include life skills development, mindfulness practices, and strong support networks. Aftercare planning ensures that individuals have a clear strategy for ongoing support after treatment, including referrals to therapists, peer groups, sober living facilities, and community-based resources.

Yes, we accept First Choice Health, and depending on your plan, it may cover some or all of your treatment needs. You can verify your insurance through our insurance verification form or by calling us at (509) 210-6603. Once your benefits are verified, our team can provide you with a potential timeline for starting treatment, which is usually within a few days. Many plans have copays or deductibles, and some of our ancillary services, such as fitness training or nutrition education, may be considered out-of-pocket expenses by your insurance. To get the best estimate of your costs prior to beginning treatment, it is best to speak with one of our admission team members. We want to make this process as seamless and straightforward as possible and are here to help you navigate it.

This depends on each individual, their background, their current needs, and their progress. It is important not to compare your needs or journey with anyone else’s because there are so many factors at play. In a general sense, a PHP typically lasts several weeks, while IOP and OP may continue for several months. Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all, and your treatment plan will evolve. Our experienced team will work with you to ensure it remains aligned with your goals and progress as you move through treatment.

Yes. Everyone’s situation is unique, and choosing a location and distance from home is a highly personalized decision. While our treatment centers are in Spokane, we welcome people from across the state and beyond. Some people intentionally pursue treatment that is further away from their day-to-day life to give themselves more distance to focus on their recovery without distraction.
