What is IOP at Rebuilt?

Intensive Outpatient (IOP) at Rebuilt Treatment and Recovery consists of group therapy 3-5 days weekly for three-hour sessions. There will also bi-weekly individual therapy sessions with an assigned Substance Use Disorder Professional. This level of care is a perfect step down for individuals that have completed an Inpatient or PHP program and are returning to full time employment. Intensive outpatient allows individuals to stay in a supportive environment multiple days a week while offering enough free time to use the tools and coping mechanisms in their return to a stable and normal life.
